A post frame engineered print is designed to meet specific building codes and is designed for wind, snow, and seismic load requirements. The structural prints will include foundation design as well as structural design pertaining to the building only. All designs are reviewed and sealed by a Licensed Professional Engineer or Structural Engineer. The Post Frame Engineered Prints are available on all types of post frame buildings from Menards.

What's Included:

•Site plan, elevations, floor plan, cross sections, end wall framing, and steel applications
•Details for trims, connections, bracing and headers
•Special item designs: mezzanines, firewalls, drift areas, etc...
•Five sets of sealed structural prints and truss specification sheets
•Prints will be shipped via FedEx once complete
•A .pdf copy will be sent to the email listed on the purchase order and the Menards store
•Prints formatted to Arch D size (24" x 36")
•Additional copies of the print may be purchased

A perspective print is a colored 3D view of a post frame building on a white canvas with no foreground or background. This perspective print will show exterior features for review before construction. A perspective print is available for all post frame buildings from Menards.

What's Included:

•One colored 3D view of the post frame building
•One .pdf formatted to letter size (8-1/2"x11") will be sent to the email listed on the purchase order
•Additional views may be purchased

Perspective Print Request Form

A display quality rendering is a full color 3D view of the post frame building including the foreground (streets, parking, landscaping, etc.) and background (country, city, forest, etc.). The display quality rendering will show exterior features included with the post frame building for review before construction. A display quality rendering is available for all post frame buildings from Menards^®.

What's Included:

•(Qty=1) Full color 3D view of the building
•Printed on photo quality paper
•Prints formatted to Arch D size (24" x 36")
•Preliminary copies of the print are sent to the email listed on the purchase order

Rendering Request Form

Engineered seals are available on a number of buildings and building components utilized in post frame building construction.

What's Included:

•The Engineering Seals will include the following:
A document with an electronically applied seal and signature of the Licensed Professional Engineer or Structural Engineer

Hourly engineering is available for post frame building components and applications. Examples commonly requested: headers, purlins, footings, connections, and project revisions.

An engineering change request is required for all changes/modifications to the original scope listed in the MM Engineering Procedure Guide. Fees will be determined based on the scope of the changes/modifications required.
